HUSarchitecture was selected to provide renovations to the Hattie Callner Senior Housing Building. Still ongoing, the project has the following objectives: the improvement of the exterior envelope of the entire structure, the improvement of the efficiency and operation of the MEP systems, and the implementation of improvements that will have favorable impact on residents who are disabled.
