Altgeld Gardens is a new 40,000-square-foot, $25M, one-story day care, library, and community space within the Chicago Housing Authority portfolio. The project serves as the iconic town center and as a beacon to the Chicago South Side community.

HUSarchitecture provided assessment support services for the Design LEED Administrator under KOO Architects and serves as Construction LEED Administrator for ALL Masonry Construction.

This project is expected to achieve LEED Gold V4.
